1. Customer Right to Cancel
- You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been processed.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. At this stage, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for an exchange or return, as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. ShipShopp’s Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
- Item is out of stock and unavailable for dispatch.
- Pricing error on a product listing.
- Payment issues, such as failed or delayed online payments.
- Technical or operational errors that prevent order fulfillment.
- Fraud prevention concerns, including suspected unauthorized transactions.
- Legal or regulatory reasons that prevent us from completing the order.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and any payment made will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
