1.  General Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for items within 60 days of you receiving your order. This applies to items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you’ve simply changed your mind.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new or slightly used condition. We may ask for details or photos to assess the condition. Items should ideally be returned with original tags and packaging where possible. Items returned in a condition that prevents resale may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept exchanges within 60 days of you receiving your order, subject to stock availability. The item you wish to exchange must meet the same condition requirements as returns (new or slightly used).
  • Process: Please contact us via email at hello@shipshopp.co.uk or phone at +44 7426 794 066 to initiate an exchange. Let us know your order number, the item you are returning, and the item you would like in exchange.
  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us for an exchange. If the original item was sent incorrectly or was faulty, please see Section 5 regarding return shipping costs.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition (new or slightly used), we will process your refund if approved.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) returned. Please note that original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

4. Lost Shipments

  • If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@shipshopp.co.uk with your full order details.
  • We will initiate an inquiry with our shipping carrier. If the shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you, subject to stock availability.

5. How to Return a Product

  • Contact Us First: Please contact our support team at hello@shipshopp.co.uk or +44 7426 794 066 before sending any items back. We will provide you with return authorization and the correct return mailing address.
  • Packaging: Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Include your order number or proof of purchase inside the package.
  • Shipping Method: Returns must be sent by mail. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
  • Return Shipping Costs & Label:
    • For change-of-mind returns or standard exchanges: You (the customer) are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping (Customer Responsibility for the return label).
    • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Please discuss the return shipping with us when you initiate the return. We will cover the reasonable cost of return postage for items confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon inspection. We may provide specific instructions or arrange label generation in these cases.
